The West Trenton Garden Club, Inc., was established in 1953 to share the love of gardening,  the principles of flower design and encouraging civic improvement with its members and the community.

Thank you for visiting our website. As an up-to-date garden club, we want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with our organization and our activities.

If you are visiting this site because you are working in your garden and wondering if there is a local group that shares this interest, then you came to the right location.  Joining a garden club is a great way to meet new people while learning or sharing some gardening and floral design tips.  Of course, our club has a lot to offer, just check out our calendar.  We hope that you will find something of interest and join us for a meeting or two; and hopefully you will decide to become a member.

This site also contains pictures from our meetings and special events.  The pictures from our 2012 fall Flower Show - "We're Having a Party" are still featured. (They will remain until the next show.)  We are looking forward to our next show which is scheduled for late May 1st and 2nd, 2015.  The theme for this show is "Jersey Blooms" - we hope it will be as successful as our last show.  

The club celebrated its 60th Anniversary in February 2013.  A special luncheon for the 60th Anniversary was held on on September 22, 2013 at the Mountain View Golf Course facility.  It was an honor for our club to have the President of the Garden Club of NJ, Barbara Mullen and our District 7 Director, Jolyne Dalzell, attend this event.  In addition, a few of our past Presidents (who no longer belong to our club) attended this very special party.   

Although our site is still under construction, we are making an effort to present you with all the information about our club and its activities, while sharing some photos of past events.  We will continue to to provide the public with information on gardening techniques, environmental information as well as flower design, whether through our site or through links.  If these topics are of interest to you, please check back often as we continue to update our site.
